I recently stayed at Resort La Ginabelle for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and downtown area. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options. The pool and sauna were a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring the mountains. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and the terrace is a great place to relax and take it all in. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. a cozy and comfortable hotel with excellent amenities and a friendly atmosphere.

The view from our room was amazing. For dinner we visited Fuchs Bistro and Bakery, set only 400 ft away. We loved the hotel and its staff, GREAT.

Good vibes at the pool and the music bar 🎵. Convenient location near the English church and other popular spots for tourists. We really enjoyed our stay here - thank you! Plus, it's super close to the airport.

We had an amazing experience at a hotel in Zermatt. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the cozy lobby with a glowing fire, as well as the delightful bar. The breakfast was very Swiss, with a cooked option included. The hotel provided excellent access to ski rental and the free ski bus, and it was a short walk to the Sunnegga lift system. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool and spa were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or walking.

I chose this hotel for my corporate offsite and was impressed with the modern machines, systems, and continuous training provided. It allowed me to work in a pleasant, safe, and efficient manner. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and contributed to a productive stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a designated space with computers, printers, and other office amenities readily available.

Great example of Swiss hospitality. The staff were wonderful and quite accommodating. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment as two couples. This is a great option if you are travelling with friends.

The decor at the hotel is not exactly modern.

Modern rooms with amazing views of the mountains. Great amenities like sauna, pools, and live music at the bar. Close to ski resort and offers discounts on ski gear. Staff is professional and courteous. Delicious breakfast with juicing station and chef-made eggs.

The breakfast buffet at Resort La Ginabelle was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and spa area were top-notch and provided a relaxing oasis after a long day. The room itself was flawless with a comfortable bed, an amazing shower, and a balcony with a stunning view. The food at the on-site restaurants, Melted and La Ginabelle, was delicious, especially the fondue at Melted. our experience at Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely incredible and I will be recommending it to everyone I know.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space. Hotel fantastic with kids - even kids robes in the room. Also opened Kids Club specially for us, so we could have time in the spa - with no added charge. Restaurant catered for kids too. Very friendly staff.

We would have liked a spa treament on the two days we were there - but only one masseuse, so appointments were hard to get. Should probably book in advance and not when you arrive.
